Miba's objective is long-term profitable growth, with the goal of continuing as an independent, Austria-based company and as an important employer. To accomplish this, the company must be managed in a profit- and growth-oriented manner; we must continue to maintain our technology leadership; and we must expand in existing markets and make future-oriented investments in new, growing markets. Decisions concerning expansion and the setting up of new plants are made with a view to remaining competitive over the long term.
