Miba Precision Components (China) Co., Ltd. (MPCC) was founded in October 2005. Construction of the plant, 90km west of Shanghai, was completed in March 2007; series production went live following an official opening ceremony. The plant – Miba Group’s first production site in Asia – is the culmination of over 20 years of successful business development in the Asia-Pacific region, and the only Miba plant worldwide with both Engine Bearings and Sintered Components operations.
MPCC Bearings is a high-tech solution provider to the major Chinese engine and commercial vehicle producers. In line with Miba Group’s mission statement, MPCC Bearings enables Chinese engine producers to meet higher emissions standards, thus making their vehicles more efficient and more environmentally friendly.
