The goal of investor relations at Miba is to gain and maintain investors' trust via a policy of comprehensive, transparent and up-to-date communication. Shareholders are kept informed about company activities, and new and potential investors are provided with a clear picture of the company.
In accordance with our disclosure obligations as a listed company, we issue regular shareholders' newsletters and ad hoc disclosures as required by law. We also issue press releases about important events, and hold a press conference twice a year (annual results press conference and six-monthly results press conference).
