Miba surface technicians protect and finish components with innovative coatings. The training familiarizes them with the most important processes, machines and tools that are applied in surface technology. From the key area of electroplating to polymer and PVD coatings they will learn to apply various coatings that give special properties such as wear resistance or improved conductivity to the surfaces of our components. As Miba develops complex coating solutions and precisely adjusts them to individual applications, the training is both stimulating and comprehensive.
