DAU develops liquid-cooled heat sinks for drive controls and control systems of sophisticated machinery and equipment. Cooling with liquid-cooled heat sinks is particularly efficient, and can be built in a much more compact manner than an air cooling system. Liquid-cooled heat sinks are mainly used in energy transmission equipment such as solar or wind power plants or in electrically operated rail vehicles. DAU’s liquid-cooled heat sinks can be designed for a wide range of cooling liquids and according to customers’ wishes. Molded tubes from stainless steel or copper as well as vacuum-soldered aluminum heat sinks make for DAU’s technical edge.
