Intensive training weeks, on-the-job training and project work will prepare you for your future position at Miba. Furthermore, an experienced Miba Manager will accompany you through your 18-month journey and beyond as your personal mentor.

University degree (preferred Master´s degree) in a required field of expertise (e.g. engineering, IT, digitalization, economy) based on the predefined projects requirements
International experience (e.g. study, internship etc.)

Our goal is to start on a yearly base (April & October) with a group of max. 5 positions. In order to increase our diversity we recruite locally depending on our target group this could be in Austria, India, Slovakia, China, US, Brazil.
The application process for each starting point instigates approximately 4-6 month before each starting point (April, October).
