Bonus Payments

At Miba, in addition to your apprenticeship compensation, you can receive:

• Individual Monthly Bonus Payments based on your performance and special commitment, depending on your location and apprenticeship. These bonuses can add up to €4,500 over 3.5 years. OR
• Collective Agreement Special Payments such as holiday bonuses, Christmas bonuses, additional collective agreement payments, and transformation bonuses.
