Apprenticeship via Second Education Path: This refers to the apprenticeship in metalworking, which enables employees to achieve a full apprenticeship qualification.
Personal Development: In addition to structured training programs, Miba also promotes individual development in soft skills, such as stress and self-management, or rhetoric.
Practical Training: This includes training such as forklift certification, office training, Excel training, and Outlook courses.
Train-the-Trainer Program: The Train-the-Trainer program takes place in Laakirchen at the Miba Gleitlager. Here, workers are trained to become trainers, enabling them to educate others.
Language Courses and Language Apps: These are offered primarily for German and English to enhance employees' language skills and foster better communication and exchange among them.
