For apprentices

Miba offers its apprentices a variety of development opportunities to expand their professional skills and gain international experience.

Internship Abroad: An exciting option is the opportunity to participate in internships abroad through the IFA program. These take place in the fall/winter and spring/summer in various European countries. As part of the program, apprentices work in other countries, take language courses, and exchange experiences with apprentices from other companies.

Miba Locations: An alternative opportunity is for apprentices to be sent to Miba locations worldwide, where they can work outside of vocational school hours.

Language Courses: To specifically enhance the language skills of apprentices, Miba offers language courses, which are integrated into the education program.

Training: Additionally, training on various topics such as social media, financial literacy, PC applications, or CAD is available.

Apprenticeship with A-Levels: Another attractive option is the opportunity to complete the apprenticeship with A-Levels. If needed, apprentices in Austria can also choose the KTLA program during their apprenticeship.
