Our Miba apprentices are responsible for the precise manufacturing of components for machines, engines, or turbines using computer-controlled turning, milling, and grinding machines.

In the setup process:

• You analyze technical documentation
• You determine the relevant manufacturing parameters
• You carefully integrate them with technical expertise into the production machines

During the manufacturing process:

• You follow technical specifications
• You manufacture highly precise components
• You assemble individual components into larger assemblies
• You integrate them precisely into machines, vehicles, or aircraft

During quality control:

• You ensure optimal quality and performance
• You conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repair work
• You intervene and correct where necessary

Duration: 3.5 years

Salary: In addition to the salary, you will receive collective agreement special payments such as holiday bonuses, Christmas bonuses, additional collective agreement payments, and transformation bonuses.
