Surface Technology

In surface technology, components are protected and enhanced with innovative coatings. During your apprenticeship, you will become familiar with the key steps, equipment, and tools used in surface technology. From electroplating to polymer coatings, dry lubrication coatings, and PVD, you will learn how to apply various coatings to components.

The training is diverse, as Miba develops complex coating solutions tailored to its customers.

Duration: 3.5 years

Salary: Our Miba apprentices receive individual monthly bonus payments from the start—up to €4,500 over 3.5 years!
