Miba housing bearings include pedestal, end flange, and center flange bearings. The hydrodynamic bearings are supplied in halves and spherically seated in the housing. ZF and ZM are flanged onto the application, while ZR or US Design pedestal bearings stand in front of it. The housing design allows a convenient installation due to the smart modular system, which guarantees an easy adaptation of the bearing to your applications.
The bearing type is designed according to DIN norm 31694. Mounted onto the machine, so that half of the bearing housing is inside, and the other half outside of the machine. Upon request, thread holes can be provided to meet 541 & 546 API norm requests.
The bearing type is designed according to DIN norm 31693. Mounted onto the machine, so that the whole bearing housing is outside of the machine.
Upon request, thread holes can be provided to meet 541 & 546 API norm requests.
ZR Bearing type is designed according to DIN norm 31690. Pedestal bearings are mounted on a foundation next to the application. Upon request, thread holes can be provided to meet 541 and 546 API norm requests.
Mill Drive Bearing with additional hydraulic pump and oil disk for self-lubrication. ZW Mill Drive Bearings are used in Steel or Aluminum mills and withstand extreme loads, such as shock loads, due to their welded cast steel housing.
Miba pedestal bearing assemblies are custom engineered for a variety of applications, including air-cooled generators and synchronous condensers. Pedestals can accommodate a combination of journal and thrust bearings if required.
