US-A-BIZ Award presented in Los Angeles

It is considered as the "Oscar" for top performance by Austrian companies in the USA: the US-A BIZ Award of the WKO's Los Angeles Foreign Trade Center. Last Saturday, this year's prize was awarded at a gala in Los Angeles - Miba AG  received the Gold Award in the Investment category.

Award for decades of commitment

The USA is a market in which Miba has been operating successfully for decades. The integration of the three industrial engine bearing plants in Texas, Nebraska and Wisconsin acquired from the John Crane Group in 2018 represents another major growth step in the recent past. This increased Miba's presence in the USA to a total of eight production sites with approximately 1,000 employees. This and Miba's decades of successful involvement in the USA were the basis for the award.
