Miba Leadership Academy

Leadership Competence for a Sustainable Future
Leading Oneself. Leading People. Leading Business.

The Miba Leadership Academy has been our international development program for many years. It helps employees enhance their leadership and professional skills and actively contribute to our mission, Technologies for a cleaner planet. Every year, around 100 colleagues participate in this program through various intake sessions.

In collaboration with the renowned business school LIMAK, we offer tailored development formats:

  • Business Lab: For subject matter experts, (aspiring) leaders, and project managers. The program includes two intensive modules and teaches key competencies for managing projects and processes.

  • Leadership Lab: With five high-quality modules, this format prepares participants specifically for leadership positions and promotes a positive leadership culture aligned with our company values.

The Miba Leadership Academy is an essential part of our vision to nurture talent and collaboratively develop tomorrow's technologies – sustainably, innovatively, and together.
