Associated with Miba since May 2011, I’ve had quite a diverse roles in the fields of engineering, sales, business development and site management. I started my career with Miba Sinter Holding and was located in Vorchdorf, Austria for over 3 years where I, first, worked as a Junior Product Engineer BRIC team and later promoted to Sales Engineer - Asia Pacific, France and Italy.

In 2014, Miba gave me a big responsibility offering a proposal to start & lead an engineering center in India which successfully became functional in June 2014. Presently, Miba Engineering Center, located in Pune, India is having a team of 16 employees serving Miba globally in the field of design, engineering & IT.

I also got an opportunity to be part of MLA (Miba Leadership Academy), an excellent employee development program offered by Miba to selected employees with a vision of shaping future leaders. My journey within Miba has been quite adventurous and full of good memories, it’s the place where I got to know, work & celebrate with many-many members of Miba family located worldwide.”
