Herbert Steiner joins the management board of Miba AG

Miba AG has expanded its Executive Board to include the renowned top manager Herbert Steiner (52) as its fifth member.

Miba AG has expanded its Management Board. Herbert Steiner (52), a renowned top manager from the automotive industry, joined the Upper Austrian technology group's top management team as its fifth member at the beginning of February. In his new role, he is responsible for the successful further development of the Miba Sinter Group.

 

Herbert Steiner was born in Salzburg and studied industrial engineering and mechanical engineering at Graz University of Technology. He began his professional career at Audi AG in Ingolstadt in 1998. At the VW Group, he was responsible for all engine factories and casting component locations as business unit manager before becoming Chief Production and Logistics Officer at SEAT S.A. in Spain in 2020. Most recently, Steiner was Chief Production Officer for the Renault brand, based in Paris.
