A career move in the Miba Friction Division: As of September 1, Patrik Rác (43) will assume the role of Site Manager at Miba Steeltec in Vráble, Slovakia. A graduate of the Miba Leadership Academy, Patrik joined Miba Steeltec in 2007 as Quality Manager. Since 2014, Patrik has acted as PDP Manager of the Miba Friction Division and for Miba Steeltec in addition to being a member of the management team of the Vráble site.

“Patrik Rác stands out because he has been an employee of Miba Steeltec for a long time and he knows the site very well. As Head of PDP, he is also extremely well connected within the Miba Friction Division. Patrik studied quality and production management at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava and graduated with an engineering degree (Dipl. Ing.).
