Business Lab

Graduates of the Business Lab have a better understanding on Miba. They developed a solid business mindset and a deep understanding of financial, operational, and business concepts within Miba. Furthermore, they are comfortable with data-driven aspects of business (KPIs) and understand their own (teams’s) contribution to Miba’s success.

 

  • Target Group: High Performing Experts / (future)  People & Project Leaders 

  • Several intakes per year: 15 participants per intake 

  • 2 modules, each one week on-site (AT)

Module 1 (one week): 

  • Miba Day covers Miba-specific topics, networking and teambuilding 

  • Communication & Self-Management  

  • Controlling & Cost Accounting  

 

Module 2 (one week):

Next Level Lab

This lab is designed to enhance the mindset and skills of our leaders to the next level. With focus on positive leadership, presentation and communication, project management, as well as leading teams through challenging situations and times of change, we create a basic for growing High Performance Teams and excellent results. 

 

  • Target Group: High Performing People & Project Leaders with potential 

  • Two international intakes per year: 15 participants per intake 

  • 3 modules, each one week, on-site and online (AT and international location) 

TRAINING CONTENT AND DATES 

 

Module 1 (one week): 

  • Positive leadership in difficult situations 
  • Miba Day covers Miba-specific topics, site visits, networking and teambuilding 
  • Presenting with confidence & impact 

 

Module 2 (two days in total): 

  • modular, online, theoretical inputs and work on actual projects 
  • 4 Webinars ”Next Level Project Management” (spread over 6 weeks) 

 

Module 3 (one week): 

  • High Performance Teams & successful collaboration

Leadership Lab

Graduates of the Leadership Lab are able and willing to develop into executive leadership positions in order to develop Miba strategically. They enable innovation and foster high-potential of company development. 

 

  • Target Group: Aspiring, new & current Business Leaders (nominated by the Board) 

  • Approx. every 2 years 

  • 4 modules, each one week (AT and international locations) 

 

 

 

 

Cooperation with LIMAK

The program runs in cooperation with the Austrian Business School LIMAK. After successful completion of the Leadership Lab, MLA graduates fulfilling the approval have the chance to complete an MBA program at LIMAK.
