The Miba Leadership Academy stands at the center of our training and development initiatives, supporting people across our global organization in strengthening their skills, expanding their mindset, and growing personally and professionally.
For many years, the Miba Leadership Academy has been synonymous with high-quality development experiences. Depending on experience and seniority, we offer tailored programs and support our participants in their development – step by step – depending on their role and experience.
Participants of the Miba Leadership Academy should follow the Miba Spirit, be full of commitment, strive for outstanding performance, be prepared to go the extra mile, think out of the box and support innovation.
Graduates of the Business Lab have a better understanding on Miba. They developed a solid business mindset and a deep understanding of financial, operational, and business concepts within Miba. Furthermore, they are comfortable with data-driven aspects of business (KPIs) and understand their own (teams’s) contribution to Miba’s success.

This lab is designed to enhance the mindset and skills of our leaders to the next level. With focus on positive leadership, presentation and communication, project management, as well as leading teams through challenging situations and times of change, we create a basic for growing High Performance Teams and excellent results.
Target Group: High Performing People & Project Leaders with potential
Two international intakes per year: 15 participants per intake

Graduates of the Leadership Lab are able and willing to develop into executive leadership positions in order to develop Miba strategically. They enable innovation and foster high-potential of company development.
Target Group: Aspiring, new & current Business Leaders (nominated by the Board)
Approx. every 2 years
4 modules, each one week (AT and international locations)
The program runs in cooperation with the Austrian Business School LIMAK. After successful completion of the Leadership Lab, MLA graduates fulfilling the approval have the chance to complete an MBA program at LIMAK.
